The journey towards building a successful career begins with the discovery of your life’s

purpose. If you do not know what your purpose is at this point in your life, there is nothing to

worry about. Most young people in their teens and even way into their 20s do not have an inkling

of their purpose and that is just fine. In fact, it can be a good thing to go into youth career

coaching with a blank slate. Your mind will be clear and you will be more open to all the

wonderful possibilities that are available to you out there.

My Approach

Right from the start, you will learn that Youth Career Coaching is about you. It’s your decisions,

your goals, your efforts, and ultimately, your success. I will not tell you what to do or what to

say. Instead, my approach is more on guiding, encouraging, and supporting you every step of the

way. I am your personal head coach and cheerleader!

Together we “pull” out what already exists within you, YOUR PURPOSE,

passion, and goals. After 30+ years as an athletic coach, I

have learned that coaches are the best at finding an athlete's skills and developing plans for the

athlete to improve and win. Just like a head coach, I coach you to follow your passion and

provide the means to develop a plan of action for a WIN.

After you have found your purpose, I will then help you create a goal plan, including a defined

post-high school action plan for you to follow. For college-aged students who are already

enrolled in post-high school education, the focus becomes the best pathway in your education to a

successful career. I will coach you to stay focused on these goals, entice you to take action, and

equip you with the necessary tools you need in order to achieve success in your chosen career

path. Even when you are already well on your way to career success, I can still be available to

provide continuous support and guidance for as long as you need.

In addition to the individual coaching sessions, I provide group coaching sessions and

conduct workshops where you can acquire the necessary skills, both personal and professional,

to establish a successful career in their chosen path. I can also coach you on the more tangible

requirements, like creating your resume, writing a cover letter, or conducting yourself in an

interview.

By the time you complete our youth career coaching sessions, you will be

100% ready to face the world and make your own contributions as a valuable individual in your chosen career.
